This is a challenging position for an Applications Developer with a full range of system development experience to work on a new, high-profile, large scale application with users in 50+ organizations across the Sponsor. This candidate will work with a team of Software Developers to specify, design, develop, test and deploy the final system. Development will take place in an iterative fashion using scrum techniques with inputs from multiple stakeholders. This position will use flexibility and technical skills. The work will be done in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. The candidate will communicate with team leads and senior leadership and rapidly adjust direction in support of new and/or changing requirements.

• Developing User Interfaces and data ingestion processes for a large scale, enterprise class system.
• Participation in iterative software development teams with adherence to all reporting requirements.
• Meeting with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, developing user stories and related artifacts, and translating these into software development tasks.
• Designing, developing and testing code for the demonstration capability.
• Working with systems engineers and architects to specify, design, develop, test and deploy the final system.
• Use of Test Driven Development (TDD) techniques for software development.
• Development of technical documentation and briefing materials to support program status reviews, control gates, and other presentations as directed by program management.
• Providing demonstrations and detailed walk through system features to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
• Rapid prototyping to refine requirements and design.
• This position requires access to classified materials; TS/SCI clearance + is required.

1. Demonstrated experience with the full range of system development from User Interface development to building data ingestion/Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) capabilities for large scale, high performance, enterprise class systems in the sponsor environment.
2. Demonstrated experience designing and building interfaces from a large scale data repository to web browser-based User Interfaces for secure systems.
3. Demonstrated experience developing applications using technologies including two or more of the following: Java, Java EE, JavaScript, JSP, AJAX, Angular, Apache Tomcat, HTML/CSS, Spring Framework, JUnit, Eclipse IDE, GIT.
4. Demonstrated experience developing applications using technologies including data base technologies, such as MySQL.
5. Demonstrated experience with standard data exchange formats including Extensible Markup Language (XML).
6. Demonstrated experience integrating shared services from other information technology service providers into the overall architecture.
7. Demonstrated experience participating in Agile software development teams using scrum.

3. Demonstrated experience with front-end web development such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
4.Demonstrated experience developing with an MVC technology such as Seam or Spring.
5.Demonstrated experience with web application technologies such as such as JBoss, Weblogic or Tomcat.
6. Demonstrated experience with system deployments tools such as Maven or Jenkins/Hudson.
7. Demonstrated experience with Object Relational Mapping (ORM) technologies such as Hibernate.
8. Demonstrated experience developing with Oracle or similar RDMS
9. Demonstrated experience working with Agile software development methodologies (Scrum).
